You’ll be joining a leading Tier One construction contractor with a strong reputation for deliveringplex, high-value projects across Scotland. As Project Manager, you will work closely under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager and Project Director, ensuring seamless delivery of this major project. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating subcontractors.
2. Monitoring programme, quality, and health & safetypliance.
3. Driving progress against key milestones and reporting to senior leadership.
4. Liaising with stakeholders, including local authorities and design teams.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll play a key part in delivering a landmark project for the region.What you'll need to succeed
5. Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on medium to large-scale construction projects (preferably education or public sector).
6. Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and Tier One/Tier Two contractor processes.
7. Excellent leadership,munication, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk effectively.
9. Relevant qualifications (, degree in Construction Management or equivalent).
