This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working London (happy to consider Cardiff based if open to travel), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

Salary £35,000 - £39,400 per annum plus bonus scheme**

About the role
* Lead on our external engagement with corporate clients whose products and services we review and be an advocate of Which?, how we test and benefits of our endorsement logo
* Account manage licensees who are currently using the Which? Endorsement logo to ensure they are using the logo is the best way possible. And build a strong relationship with our clients.
* Work to meet forecasted conversion, revenue and ARPU for allocated Research Areas.
Key responsibilities include:
Account Managers:
* Engagement with external contacts should be used as an opportunity to bring wider insight into the organisation and to seek feedback from the corporate sector on our Endorsement Scheme.
* Follow theExternal engagement strategy, and where possible, personalise your engagement strategy based on your clients and Research areas to ensure positive impact and outcome.
Internal Engagement:
* Maintain and develop our team's engagement with the key researchers to make sure you're aware of potential products/services to be reviewed, keep up to date with our latest testing/survey method and informed of any other potential changes.
* You must also keep them up to datewith the insight you receive about businesses/the market. Promoting the work of the Endorsement Scheme internally – for example working with internal comms to update on teams achievements.
* Work closelywith our External Affairs, Campaigns and other teams who are also responsible for external engagement for allocated Research areas.
Reporting & administration are also part of this role.
About you:
* Demonstrates success by building and growing new accounts in top priority research areas which would contribute towards the targets
* Consistently positive feedback from stakeholders
* A passionate advocate of Which? brand and all its activities
* Understands data and how to uncover the story in the detail
* High level of engagement with internal contacts
* Coordinate/collaborate with Researchers and other colleagues when required
* Developing new relationships while maintaining the current relationships via continuous engagement
* Regular, timely and accurate reporting to measure performance
* All Endorsement Schemes systems and processes adhered to and all activities were delivered in a professional manner
* Gather appropriate feedback and insight from corporate contacts to help develop the scheme
* Up-to-date database of corporate contacts and engagement
