We're looking for a enthusiastic Reservations Agent to become part of our Reservations team, delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.
Your Role in Our Family:
* Answering internal and external calls in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
* Processing and confirming guest reservations for all hotel services, including bedrooms, dining outlets, and spa appointments.
* Ensuring all guest bookings receive prompt same-day confirmation or cancellation correspondence.
* Handling guest inquiries via phone, letter, or email with accuracy, care, and attention to detail.
* Assisting guests with special requests to ensure a seamless and personalised booking experience.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all hotel services, promotions, and events to confidently upsell and maximise revenue opportunities.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

What would make you the perfect fit?
* Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
* Previous experience in a hotel environment, preferably within a reservations or front office role.
* Working knowledge of Opera or similar reservation systems is highly advantageous.
* Strong ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
* Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service and exceeding expectations.
