SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Rainham, RM13 9XA
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45 am – 4:00 pm (Term time only)
Pay: £95 – £100 per day
💼 About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting children aged 8–16 with a range of additional needs — including PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting students’ learning, development, and wellbeing, both in the classroom and within the community. You’ll help young people reach their educational and personal goals in a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment.

* Support students in all areas of the curriculum, adapting to individual learning needs.
* Help young people achieve personal and educational milestones.
* Foster a learning environment that celebrates equality, diversity, and respect.
* Promote independence and confidence in every learner.
* Demonstrate and uphold the values of inclusion and care in every aspect of your work.
* Participate in physical intervention or personal care routines when required.
