Data Analyst - P&G Team
* Location: Thame / Hybrid (2-3 days per week in Thame office)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract Up to 12 months.
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-focused Data Analyst to join our P&G team. In this role, you will provide effective and efficient reporting and analytical support to help achieve agreed customer objectives and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the P&G account.
You will work closely with key internal stakeholders, including National Field Managers, to deliver accurate insights, manage targets and incentives, and turn complex datasets into clear, actionable information.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce and distribute weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders and the client, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
* Work closely with National Field Managers to set and manage field targets, incentives and bonus payments
* Validate data across multiple platforms, proactively identifying data integrity issues, inaccuracies and inconsistencies
* Analyse large datasets, identifying and highlighting relevant insights and presenting findings in the required format
* Support additional tasks, data exports and analytical projects as required
Essential Criteria
* Advanced proficiency in Excel
* High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Ability to commute to Thame
Desirable Criteria
* Knowledge of Power BI, Access or other database tools
* Experience with data mining techniques and procedures
