Key Responsibilities

* Process inbound reservation requests via email, phone, and online channels
* Monitor availability and rates daily, updating the hotel website and third-party sites
* Upsell room upgrades and additional meals to enhance the guest experience
* Manage allocations to maximise revenue
* Process and take payments for reservations
