The school provides a nurturing and structured environment with small class sizes, allowing pupils to receive the individual support they need to achieve positive outcomes both academically and socially. The school is looking to appoint a full-time Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, with the potential to secure a permanent position directly with the school. The successful Teaching Assistant will support Primary-aged pupils with behavioural needs, working closely with teaching staff to promote engagement, emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies. Team Teach training is desirable, however on-site Team Teach trainers are available to support and train successful applicants.
