Head of Conveyancing Manchester
TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a leading and fast-growing property law business is seeking an experienced Head of Conveyancing to lead and develop a high-performing conveyancing operation in Manchester.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational performance, enhancing client service standards and supporting continued growth across the business.
The Opportunity
As Head of Conveyancing, you will oversee a sizeable conveyancing department of 70+ professionals, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight and day-to-day support to management teams and fee earners alike.
This role would suit an experienced conveyancing professional with a strong background in team leadership, operational management and performance improvement within a high-volume residential property environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop a large conveyancing team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
* Oversee operational performance, workflow management and team resourcing to ensure efficiency across the department
* Drive consistency across teams by implementing and maintaining best practice processes and procedures
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation and enhanced client experience
* Produce and present operational and performance reports to senior stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements
* Support wider business objectives, growth initiatives and strategic planning
About You
* Proven experience managing teams within a conveyancing or legal services environment
* Strong technical understanding of the conveyancing process and regulatory obligations
* A confident and engaging leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
* Passionate about people development, coaching and delivering exceptional client service
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
