We champion modern engineering practices including CI/CD, test automation, and cloud-native design. We collaborate with Architecture to minimise dependencies and accelerate decisions. We line-manage engineers, supporting career progression and performance development. We create inclusive, psychologically safe teams with regular feedback and coaching. We contribute to hiring and onboarding across the Transfers Tribe. We partner with Operations and Programme teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions. We take accountability for live service health, incidents, and preventative improvements. We support the transition to enduring product teams with strong agile rituals.
