Sales Planner
Location: London | Full-time - 3 days per week in the office, based Old Street
Rate:£126.92 per day (Inside IR35)
CNNIC is seeking a highly organised Sales Planner to support our fast?paced international sales team across Africa and CIS/CEE/SE markets. This role is central to pitch development, campaign delivery, client coordination, and senior administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop proposals, media plans, schedules and presentations.
Manage campaigns end?to?end, including optimisation and reporting.
Handle contracts, invoicing, forecasts and payment tracking.
Coordinate with clients, reps and internal teams across assigned markets.
Support and guide the Sales Assistant; collaborate with Sales Managers and Account Directors.
Track proposals, monitor market activity and identify new business opportunities.
Liaise with creative teams to ensure assets align with media plans.
What You’ll Bring
Degree?level education.
Experience in media, advertising, sales planning or account management.
Strong understanding of global media and industry trends.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Self?motivated, collaborative and confident managing up and down.
Fluent English; French/Spanish/Portuguese/Italian a plus.
