We are seeking a skilled AWS Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high ‑ performance cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS services, cloud architecture best practices, and modern application design. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, define architecture standards, and guide technical teams to deliver high‑quality cloud solutions aligned with business goals.
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
Consult with Purpose
* Lead and manage software development projects across Java, Python, TypeScript, AWS, React, and Angular.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
* Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and best practices.
Continuously Evolve
* Drive delivery of defined scope and objectives with technical teams.
* Track progress, resolve risks/issues, and apply corrective actions.
* Provide technical guidance and promote reuse of existing solutions.
* Design solutions that minimize technical debt and align with enterprise architecture.
Architect Tomorrow
* Develop high ‑ level designs and solution architecture for business needs.
* Create option papers and work with architecture forums for approvals.
* Apply architectural principles, patterns, and integration best practices.
* Design scalable, future ‑ ready solutions aligned with enterprise vision
Your Skills
* Extensive experience in software architecture, application design, and full ‑ stack development across modern tech stacks.
* Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles—from planning and estimation to deployment and support.
* Skilled in designing and optimizing RESTful APIs and scalable, high ‑ performance application architectures.
* Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum) practices.
* Experienced in risk management, issue resolution, and project governance.
* Proficient with ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA for workflow and documentation.
* Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for cross ‑ functional teams.
* Excellent analytical, problem ‑ solving, and decision ‑ making skills.
* Effective communicator with strong stakeholder ‑ management expertise.
* Demonstrated success in delivering results in fast ‑ paced, dynamic environments.
