Person Specification
To excel, you should demonstrate:
* Understanding of funding strategy and commissioning in debt advice
* Knowledge of the debt advice sector, financial inclusion, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, MaPS standards)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership skills
* Familiarity with digital and technological landscapes in debt advice
* Awareness of various service delivery models (face-to-face, digital, hybrid)
* Ability to analyze markets and sector trends
* Problem-solving and innovative skills for funding solutions and service accessibility
