Senior Project Manager - 18 Month FTC Northwest England (Hybrid ) Up to £70k We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic, high-performing team leading the charge on a major transformation. You'll take ownership of discovery-phase initiatives across Mortgages, Current Accounts, and Savings - bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex landscape of change. Main Areas of Responsibility: Leading high-impact projects from discovery to early delivery within a transformation programme Partnering with 3rd parties to shape requirements and drive progress in early sprint cycles Championing product rationalisation efforts across key retail banking areas - Mortgages, Current Accounts, Savings Providing coaching and challenge around risk - helping SMEs and teams identify, understand, and manage business risks Bringing clarity and cohesion to teams during complex delivery, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the financial services product space Strong, structured delivery skillset Experience with 3rd party vendors and large transformation programmes Familiarity with banking products - Mortgages, Current Accounts, and Savings highly desirable Gravitas and energy to influence senior stakeholders and engage cross-functional teams A proactive, pragmatic mindset - someone who brings pace, order, and positivity to complex programmes This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly engaged, collaborative team on their growth journey.
