The Opportunity as Site Operations Manager - Part-145 MRO, you will take ownership of day-to-day production operations while shaping the culture, performance, and future of the site. You will balance safety, quality, delivery, and cost-ensuring regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and profitability.
You will lead from the front, mentor future leaders, and act as a key point of trust for customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
Mandatory Experience * Minimum 3 years of facility management experience or equivalent leadership experience within an aviation, aerospace, or regulated MRO environment
Must-Have Qualifications * Aerospace or aviation maintenance experience * At least 3 years supervising teams within an aircraft component or product maintenance facility * 7+ years of aviation maintenance experience within a safety equipment MRO * Repairman's Certification and eligibility to act as Accountable Manager
Your Background * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or related field (or equivalent industry experience) * Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on leadership capability * Confident communicator at all organizational levels * Highly organized, analytical, and solutions-focused
Technical & Physical Requirements * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Comfortable learning and using internal operating systems * Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and pulling * Good eyesight (including color vision) and strong attention to detail * Valid driver's license * U.S. citizen or permanent resident status * Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation
