Initially a standalone role, there's potential for the team to double in size, offering exciting career development opportunities You'll report into a senior management team that values boots-on-the-ground experience and proactive engagement Expect to spend around three days a week on-site, working closely with civils contractors to coach the teams, influence positive behaviours, identify risks, support investigations, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards Your work will span a wide range of activities - from lifting operations and plant safety to occupational health and security assurance You'll also play a key role in promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion across everything you do Passion, and a strong presence.
