The Role Proactively support commercial activities by ensuring customer enquiries and orders are efficiently managed, processed and delivered and all data relevant to commercial activities is recorded correctly and kept up to date, with the CRM reporting and functionalisation utilised in full. Coordinate with teams across the Company as required to facilitate good customer outcomes, ensuring proactive communication with internal teams as well as liaising with customers/ partners to keep them informed as required and talking to potential customers to establish interest and requirements. Support marketing activities which drive commercial success and support product and brand interest and engagement. Role Responsibilities Ensure Commercial activities are recorded and the CRM up to date at all times and reflect sales and marketing operations as well as enabling reporting to meet requirements. Proactively talk to potential customers/ leads to introduce Paragraf’s products and services to generate interest and create qualified sales opportunities. Ensure sales order coordination is timely and accurate and manufacturing operations are fully advised of demand and customer specific requirements as appropriate. This includes web sales activities. Support proactive customer relations activities to ensure customers are fully informed throughout the order and delivery process but also take ownership when there are issues, coordinating with the colleagues to ensure issues are resolved without compromising relationships internally or externally. Support marketing activities to ensure Paragraf’s products and services are visible and engaging, with awareness and interest raised with relevant sectors and potential customers. Generate relevant data reports (monthly and weekly and ad hoc) to support commercial operations as required or requested Coordinate communication with colleagues with information and reporting to ensure information flow is accurate and timely, raising concerns or information of particular relevance as required. Support commercial activities by coordinating visits, meetings, and assist the development of relevant commercial presentations as required. Provide administrative and project management support to the Commercial Team as required to ensure optimal services to customers and partners at all times. Complete other duties commensurate with the role’s level as requested by your team leader or manager Requirements What we're looking for Education and Qualifications A good standard of education level and relevant administration qualifications would be an advantage but is not essential. Capability to broadly grasp scientific concepts and technologies Experience Experience in developing and delivering comprehensive sales support activities, ideally in a technology manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of delivering good service and customer satisfaction proactively and efficiently. Experience of working with technical and commercial teams to plan and deliver product to customers efficiently. Experience of working with CRM and ERP systems and interrogating them for relevant and accurate data as well as highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work on your own initiative, proactively resolving issues through liaison and coordination internally and externally as appropriate, managing your own workload to ensure efficiency and timely operations. Strong organisational skills to ensure clarity of requirements and operational status at all times, and experience of coordinating with teams internally to deliver excellent customer service Skills and knowledge Strong organisational and time management skills to ensure customers and potential customers receive the best possible service at all times.
