* Full time, permanent position. Office near Cambridge with UK travel, occasionally international.
The Opportunity
Following an internal promotion we’re looking to bring in a new Senior Account Manager or Account Director to help maintain and grow our relationship with a portfolio of existing clients.
If you’re an experienced agency relationship manager then you’ll probably already have a good understanding of what the role entails. We’re looking for someone that has the gravitas and knowledge to be a trusted advisor to our senior marketing clients, has the self awareness and personality to be a great member of our team and has the ambition and initiative to want to make a difference.
You’ll be organised and structured in your work, and focussed on delivering agreed growth and development objectives. You’ll understand the importance of knowing each client’s business and industry, and the value of continuous learning in marketing principles, best practice and skills to pitch and win business.
Experience in managing B2B clients will be a significant advantage, and we’ll expect you to be able to demonstrate a track record of success in building and sustaining strong client relationships.

We’ve recently unveiled a new strategic plan and vision for the agency, focussing on growing the business, expanding our services, continuously improving our approach to work and being a leading employer.
Our team works a minimum of three days in the office, and we're happy to discuss requests for flexible work within the scope and responsibilities of the role.
About you:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relationship management in an agency or digital/tech business.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of strategic marketing principles and digital marketing.
* Commercially astute and comfortable in sales and negotiation scenarios.
* If applying for the Account Director position, significant experience in leading and advising on strategic growth within large accounts.
