The role Protocol Education is working in partnership with a primary school in Walsall to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. This role is ideal for someone calm, patient, and consistent, who understands that behaviour is communication. You’ll work closely with class teachers and pastoral staff to help children regulate emotions, manage behaviour positively, and remain engaged in learning. Progress may be gradual, but your presence will make a real difference to children’s daily experience of school.
