About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Social Worker to contribute to an effective children’s social care service, managing caseloads based on experience and case complexity, and using specialist knowledge for interventions, assessments, care planning, and investigations.
* Manage varied caseloads in accordance with procedures and legislation.
* Assess risk and need, providing protective or supportive services for children at risk or in need.
* Maintain up-to-date assessments, care plans, and reviews.
* Contribute to and implement plans, reviewing progress to ensure child welfare.
* Ensure reports are of high quality and submitted timely.
