We are actively seeking an Import & Export Administrator for a well established company in Haydock.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
The main duties include:
\t
* Complete Export documentation and collate Import documents ensuring all processes are followed
\t
* Assist in the resolution of customs entry issues on Export orders
\t
* Maintain Export Register
\t
* Check/Request Import and Export declaration from Customs Intermediary
\t
* Liaise with nominated Customs Brokers
\t
* Regularly run order tracking report and use to update ongoing EU Import Order Register
\t
* Provide documents to assist reconciliation of Duty Deferment account used for Imports
\t
* Provide general support and guidance to other departments for import and export queries
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

* Import & Export experience
\t
* An up to date knowledge of Import & Export legislation and regulations
\t
* Good Excel skills
