We are recruiting for a Billing Run Administrator to join a growing telecoms company in Canterbury. This is a behind-the-scenes, process-focused role where you will support the monthly billing cycle, manage call and service data, and ensure everything runs like clockwork. You will work closely with the billing and finance teams to help keep operations accurate, efficient, and on schedule. What you will be doing: Running monthly bill cycles and generating reports Reviewing and correcting CDRs/SDRs Performing service price checks and carrier traffic reviews Supporting ad hoc billing runs and cease billing processes Calculating credits and assisting the queries team when needed What we are looking for: Admin experience, ideally in billing or telecoms Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset Comfortable working with Excel and internal systems Organised, curious, and ready to learn A reliable team player with a proactive approach ADZN1_UKTJ
