Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Property Manager based in Chelmsford. The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial properties, including lease administration and negotiations of a mixed portfolio across the UK. The role involves liaising with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient property operations and compliance with lease terms. Additional responsibilities include overseeing property maintenance, rent collection, and addressing any property-related issues that arise.
Qualifications
* Experience in lease administration, lease negotiations, and handling leases
* Strong property management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Relevant professional qualifications in property management are desirable but not essential.
In addition, we also require a graduate surveyor or junior property manager looking to gain property management experience. APC training and support is offered. Kemsley LLP have an enviable track record in candidates passing the APC at the first attempt.
