They have appointed Hays to recruit a Digital Marketing &munications Officer to join their team. Thispany is looking for an experienced, creative, andmercially minded digital marketer who understands what’s trending, what’s converting, and how to respond quickly to opportunities. You’llbine creativity withmercial focus to ensure campaigns deliver measurable growth in reach, engagement, and revenue.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday and some evening/weekend work will be required.
Your new role
As Digital Marketing &munications Officer, you will play a key role in delivering the organisation's Digital and Social Media strategies. Your role will focus on building brand visibility online, boosting ticket sales through data-led campaigns, and driving audiences to thepany’s website. A key part of your role will be developing both existing and new audiences by creating innovative digital content and running targeted campaigns that highlight thepany. You will be required to produce engaging, original, and on-brand content across a range of platforms, including thepany website, showcasing their productions, business andmunity programmes, and the important role the organisation plays in the cultural life of the North West.
As Digital Marketing &munications Officer, you will develop and deliver engaging content across social media, email, and web platforms. Manage and optimise digital campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more. You will maintain and update thepany website, ensuring a seamless user experience. Design and distribute newsletters via Mailchimp, enhancing the customer journey. Analyse campaign performance and audience behaviour to inform strategy. You will build relationships with influencers and act as an online ambassador for thepany.
What you'll need to succeed

You willbine creativity withmercial focus to ensure campaigns deliver measurable growth in reach, engagement, and revenue. As Digital Marketing &munications Officer, essentially you will have a degree in Marketing,munications, or related field + 1 year's experience OR a Level 4/5 qualification ( HNC, HND, CIM) + 2 years experience. You will have proven skills in content creation (copy, graphics, video) and CMS platforms, experience managing paid and organic digital campaigns, strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, analytics tools, and social media trends, proficiency in design and video editing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro).
