Business Analyst (PAM / CyberArk / IAM / Migration Project) - Banking - London, Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels

Objectives:
Support the Project Lead in scope definition by understanding the overall objective and constraints in the field of Identity and Access Management.
Collect requirements and transform them into a structured and comprehensive work product.
Define clear acceptance criteria which can serve as a comprehensive test set.
Analize various sources of information to determine scope of activities and determine approach.
Closely collaborate with key Project stakeholders in identifying, analysing and liaising with technical team the appropriate approach for Privileged Account onboarding to IAM tools.
Lead analysis and onboarding activities together with Project Lead.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with Business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements (functional and non-functional) and translate them into technical specifications.
Define approach to requirements gathering, and elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements.
Define approach to data analysis and data cleansing.
Create and document business processes using BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) tools.
Based on domain knowledge and best market practices, discuss with Business and technical colleagues to identify account onboarding approach.
Create clear presentations to present the outcome of analysis to senior stakeholders.
Contribute to solution integration and implementation or migration strategy, identifying new scope and requirements.
Collaborate with the change management to ensure that new deliverables are adopted for the benefit of the organisation.
Facilitate communication between the business, the IT teams, and the key contributors during the project delivery phase.
Define a test approach for the identified requirements to ensure that the initiative delivers the expected solution.
Drive and secure the operational readiness of the project solution.
Use in-house methodology for the creation of clear and concise documentation.
Required skills and qualifications:
My client is looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience as Senior Business Analyst to be able to produce the required work products.
Understanding of Identity Management including privileged access management, access request, privileges elevation, session recording, knowledge of access control models and policies.
Experience with CyberArk products.
Experience with large migration/onboarding activities in IAM area.
Analytical and critical mindset, with a strong attention to detail: Capacity to break down complex problems, interpret and challenge data, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and presenting) at all levels, from team members to senior management level.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
Proactiveness in leading the streams of the Project and coordinating activities related to onboarding privileged accounts to CyberArk.
Problem-oriented and solution-driven: Ability to identify and analyse problems, understand their root-cause, and find high-quality solutions.
Flexibility and continuous improvement: Can work in an environment with continuous change on the related services.
Capacity to work autonomously and in close team collaboration.
Understanding of agile methodology and ability to work in an agile environment.
Professional English proficiency.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Understanding of the current IAM regulations and standards.
Experience in CyberArk AAM products suite
Certifications in Business Analysis like CBAP, ECBA or CCBA.
Business process modelling, and experience with process mapping tools like Adonis or Visio.
