The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking total ownership of opportunities from enquiry, through quotation and operational delivery being responsible for all facets of programme, budget and operational costs with a knowledge of food sector process engineering.

Qualifications
* Experience and knowledge of Food Hygiene Standards and live production environments
* 1 - 3 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
* Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
* Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
