Our Clients in Crawley, are looking for a very experienced Deputy Manager for their lovely setting. Based on a 40 hr working week, salary offered is c£34,600 depending on experience. With lots of great benefits with this provider. On good transport links too.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
