Introduction
Our client is a medium sized SME who are looking for Software Engineers to join their team – they have won work with a number of key projects and programmes!
This is an amazing opportunity to work with a client who are dedicated to helping candidates grow their professional career. (They will also be happy to look at Software Engineers at all levels)
You will need to have experience working within National Security, either in Java, C++ or Python.
This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days per week on site.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver highly secure software solutions.
* Understand how to exploit technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
* Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Work to deploy software onto Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Skills & experience
* Software development including languages such as C++, Python or Java.
* Understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
* Some knowledge of Linux would be beneficial.
* Oracle or SQL Databases.
* Testing and diagnostics using a range of tools such as Robot Framework, Jenkins or Gitlab.
* Experience of Agile software development (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc)
* Experience writing technical documentation such as LLDs, user guides, release notes etc
