We are representing a leading traffic management provider and are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team on a 3-month temporary basis.
This is a fast-paced and busy role, combining office-based administration with close interaction with operational teams and site operatives. You’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of traffic management activities.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strong administrative support to the operations team

Maintain accurate records, job data, and documentation

Assist with scheduling and coordination of works

Liaise with operatives, supervisors, and office staff
*
Support permit handling and compliance paperwork
*
Update internal systems and trackers
*
Prepare reports and general office documentation
