Protocol Education is partnering with a welcoming Redbridge secondary school seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time.
What We’re Looking For:
* A recent graduate with enthusiasm, energy and a passion for education.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Some experience working with young people (volunteering, tutoring, mentoring, etc).
* Flexible, proactive and ready to contribute from day one.
* Interest in pursuing a career in teaching, SEN or education in general.
* An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting teachers to deliver engaging, interactive lessons.
* Working one-on-one or with small groups to support students needing extra assistance.
* Assisting with resource preparation and classroom setup.
* Encouraging students to reach their academic and personal best.
* Monitoring student progress and sharing observations with teaching staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
