Key Responsibilities
* Post job adverts across various platforms and track performance
* Assist with sourcing and shortlisting candidates
* Conduct initial candidate pre-screening (CV review and basic interview scheduling)
* Support recruitment marketing efforts including LinkedIn posts and content coordination
* Manage inboxes and coordinate calendars/diaries for key team members
* Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate tracking
* Provide general administrative support across recruitment operations
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or recruitment-related role
* Familiarity with basic recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and Google Workspace or MS Office
* Reliable internet connection and personal laptop essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
