Responsibilities
* Support will be required to maintain the home environment, decluttering and ensuring a safe environment to navigate around.
* Accessing the community is a fundamental part of the role, and a car large enough to fit a wheelchair in the boot is essential.
* Support with personal care, medication and food preparation is essential for this role.
