This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially and technically strong professional to play a key role in securing and shaping future projects within the water sector. The Role As Pre-Construction Lead, you will manage the full pre-construction process from early contractor involvement through to tender submission and project handover. You will work closely with clients, design teams, estimators, planners, and operational delivery teams to develop winning solutions for complex water and wastewater schemes.
