About the Job
Economic Laws Practice (ELP) is expanding its Data Privacy, AI Regulatory, and Technology Law Practice, and we are looking to onboard a Senior Associate (4–5 years PQE) who is keen to build a future‑facing practice in one of the fastest‑evolving areas of law.
Eligibility
* A valid law degree and license to practice in India.
* 4–5 years of post‑qualification experience at a reputed law firm or in‑house team.
* Strong experience in data privacy compliance (policies, notices, vendor assessments, breach processes).
* Exposure to AI/tech regulatory advisory, platform frameworks, or technology contracts is an advantage.
* A self‑motivated, independent, and research‑driven mindset with the ability to work in an evolving regulatory ecosystem.
* Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, simple manner.
