Venn Group has been approached by a local housing contractor to recruit for Multi-Skilled Joiners on a temporary to permanent basis in Widnes
As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Joiner.
The duties will include:
* Day to day repairs on tenanted and void social housing properties
* Carry out all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery
* Complete multi-skilled work including patch plastering, basic tiling and painting
* Kitchen fitting on planned works
* Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
* Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
Essential Skills/Qualifications
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent
* 2x References
* Driving Licence (van provided)
