General Office & Accounts Assistant for Engineering Company Job Role - General Office duties including: Dealing with Calls Keeping all paperwork up to date Maintain company vehicles, Insurance, Tax, MOT etc Book travel & accommodation for travelling staff Organise Engineer work cards Support for Accounts Manager, invoicing, credit card reconciliations, etc Marketing/social media Dealing with Suppliers & Customers Assist in the preparation of Quotations HR Admin & H&S documentation Candidates should have: Working knowledge of Microsoft packages Working knowledge of Sage Line 50 professional Good organizational skills Location: Pomeroy/Kildress Permanent Role Hours: 35pw (flexible starting & finishing time) Salary: £25,000 to £28,000pa (based on experience) This job description is not exhaustive & the post holder may be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the role.
