Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Business Intelligence Analyst focussed on audience growth, audience insight and marketing strategies for our Sports clients. The role involves designing and implementing data models, developing and managing dashboards, analysing datasets to provide clear, actionable, measurable insights, and leveraging business intelligence tools to solve complex challenges around fan engagement and behaviour. The analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet their business needs and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and analyse data effectively, focussed on audience insight and marketing/growth strategies in Sport
* Experience with data modelling and a good understanding of data structures and database design and techniques, ideally sports based data (e.g. ticketing, retail, comms engagement, streaming etc)
* Knowledge of SQL Server for data preparation and manipulation, and AWS modules would be a definite advantage
* Proficiency in creating and managing Dashboards for data visualization
* Expertise in using Business Intelligence Tools to generate insights and support decision-making
* Solid foundation in Business Analysis to understand stakeholders' requirements
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Experience with the sports or entertainment industry is a definite plus
Based in Leamington Spa, we would prefer the successful applicant to attend the offices 2-3 days a week.
