The successful candidate will assist the Nursery Manager in leading the team, ensuring high standards of care and education, and creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children.

Leadership & Management
Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the nursery.
Act as the person in charge in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
Lead, motivate, and supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
Assist with staff rotas, ensuring appropriate ratios and adequate cover.
