For over 300 years Calthorpe Estates has been place-making and sustainably developing the Estate to create the very best places to live, work and relax, working with its communities and stakeholders to provide connected and evolving spaces for Edgbaston. Their team and strategic partners are responsible for delivering a multi-million pound regeneration portfolio including retail and leisure, residential, office and medical developments.
They’re seeking a like-minded individual who will work closely with senior management and key advisors to lead, shape and drive their marketing activity. That’s where you come in.
What would you be doing day to day?
* Developing and delivering a strategic, multi-channel marketing plan
* Implementing integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, from PR, events and activations through to social, digital and high-quality creative
* Managing an assistant, as well as agency relationships and briefing processes
* Taking a hands-on approach in your specialist areas while selecting agency partners to support in others
What experience are we looking for?
This role would suit someone who has worked in a stand-alone marketing position. Experience within property, placemaking, leisure or destination marketing is ideal too.
Crucially, you’ll be able to plan and deliver campaign activity, take responsibility for execution in your specialist areas, and confidently manage agency partners.
