Salary: £85 - £95k + Package

The Role
A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major industrial/logistics development.
The project is a 225,000 sq ft new-build industrial unit valued at £16m, and the business is looking for a strong No.1 who can take full ownership of delivery from site setup through to completion and handover.
This role would suit someone confident running large shed/logistics schemes and comfortable taking full responsibility for programme, team, client, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as No.1 on site for a £16m industrial/logistics build
* Managing programme, delivery strategy, and sequencing
* Leading site team, subcontractors, and consultants
* Driving health & safety, quality, and build standards
* Managing client interface and reporting
* Working closely with commercial team on risk and cost control
* Ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to spec
