We are seeking a dedicated Finance Business Partner to join our Accounting & Finance department. This role is integral to the financial and strategic growth of our company within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.

Description
* Collaborating with the management team to understand financial needs and provide strategic financial insight.
* Developing financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
* Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
* Overseeing the financial planning and budgeting processes for the company.
* Assisting with the preparation of board and shareholder communications, where appropriate.
* Working with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
* Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
* Guiding the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* A strong educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Experience in financial modelling and analysis, ideally within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
* Strong analytical skills, with a focus on forecasting and budgeting.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial planning software.
