Job Description
You'll serve as the critical bridge between senior management and junior team members while delivering exceptional client service. Key responsibilities include: Technical Leadership
3. Lead complex audit engagements across diverse industries
4. Review and challenge work papers prepared by more junior team members
5. Identify and resolve technical accounting issues independently
Team Management
6. Supervise, develop, and mentor audit seniors and associates
7. Coordinate staff assignments and workload distribution
8. Provide regular feedback and contribute to performance evaluations
Client Relationship Management
9. Serve as the day-to-day client contact for assigned audit engagements
10. Manage client expectations and navigate challenging conversations
11. Identify opportunities for additional services and firm growth
Quality & Risk Management
12. Ensure all audit work complies with professional standards and firm methodologies
13. Identify and assess audit risks, developing appropriate responses
14. Maintain documentation that meets regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant
15. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification with strong audit experience
