The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales, Parts & Warranty Administrator to join our sales department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone aiming to develop a career in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager and Parts & Service Manager to gain experience in sales processes, customer communication, and product knowledge within the heavy haulage and project engineering industry.
* Support the sales team by processing orders and maintaining an accurate internal order book with high attention to detail.
* Monitor and manage warranty claims from initial contact through resolution, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
* Provide outstanding aftersales service by coordinating with relevant departments to address issues efficiently.
* Assist customers with parts enquiries, including quoting, order processing, and dispatching orders.
* Maintain records and documentation to ensure smooth workflow and traceability across sales, parts, and warranty functions.
