FIND are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well established and growing Training provider to hire a Health & Social Care Apprenticeship Tutor.
Based from home with some travel across the Kent and South-East London area to visit apprentices in their workplace setting, the successful candidate will deliver Level 2, 3 & 5 Apprenticeships to learners in the Health & Social care sector.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with employers and learners to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
Deliver qualifications across a range of programme levels where occupationally competent, in accordance with quality processes and in line with our continuous Improvement strategy.
Meeting KPIs set for starts, progression, timely achievement, leavers and customer satisfaction in line with quality, compliance and financial targets.
Be proficient in the use of electronic portfolio systems to record learner interventions, reviews, upload work, and all required off-the-job training, maintaining learner information, ensuring quality and integrity of data, which is accurately recorded and submitted efficiently, to regulatory requirements. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Core Competencies
Experience and knowledge of delivering Apprenticeship standards in particular level 5 Health & Social Care
Experience and knowledge of training and/or assessment delivery
Occupational experience within the industry of subject matter - up to and including managerial level
Experience of working/assessing within Health and Social Care environments such as Adult Care homes Company Benefits:
