The Opportunity The Contract Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of high-quality and efficient grounds maintenance services Responsibility for all operational and financial aspects relating to the contract, including health and safety, training, development and succession planning. Responsible for meeting budgetary targets and objectives Responsibility for ensuring full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes Analyse performance using Glendale Live and other systems as required to manage and modify the service accordingly Manage all assets to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, ensuring they are secure and well-maintained for safe use Maintain compliance with the company's ISO quality and environmental standards The person A motivator and effective leader who can set a positive tone to achieve the objectives and desired outcomes, as determined by the company and the client's requirements.
