Our Finance Graduate Programme offers three rotations across our Finance function, giving you hands-on experience in business-critical roles from day one. You’ll study towards a professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA), supported by mentoring, leadership training and a strong graduate community.
Role and Contract
Role: Finance Graduate Programme
Contract Type: Full-Time & Permanent
Salary: Starting salary of £34,000 per annum, with increases as you progress and pass your professional exam
Location: Dunstable, Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in the office

What You’ll Do
• Rotations across various Finance roles to broaden your knowledge and experience.
• Study towards a professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with mentoring, peer support and leadership training. You’ll be part of a wider graduate community and build strong working relationships as you start your career. After completing rotations and exams you can expect to be a qualified accountant progressing into a junior leadership role within Whitbread.
• Participate in an inclusive culture with involvement in inclusion networks, team events and workstreams, contributing to the business and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for graduates who want to be future Finance leaders. You’ll need to be analytical, highly numerical, able to dive into data and draw insights that support commercial success. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential to influence and support decision-making across teams.
To be considered you should be a recent or current graduate passionate about building a Finance career and ready to contribute to the UK’s largest hospitality company. You should be confident in communicating and able to influence others, including senior stakeholders. You’ll be comfortable with numerical and analytical work and able to derive data-driven conclusions that impact the business from the start. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; Whitbread cannot provide visa sponsorship for graduate roles.
