In a nutshell
The purpose of the position is to maximize business opportunities and turnover within the existing accounts. Candidates must be located in the north of England (based in either Manchester or Leeds) and must be able to come to the Gillingham Plant at least twice a month.
Your area of responsibility:
1. Coordination of the realization of all projects within the accounts
2. Identification and adequately response to opportunities
3. Relationship management and customer interaction
4. Contribute to the development of the account Plan
5. Identifying and implementing process optimization for customers
6. Project management 6 to 1 power up, including trials and jabs
7. Building a strong network
8. Managing internal network
9. Provide input for pricing, quotations, business conditions and negotiation where applicable
10. Personal development on products, customers and markets
11. Create visit report and CRM maintenance
12. Monitoring margins and initiate corrective actions if necessary
13. Monitor customer satisfaction and initiate actions to improve
14. Determine pricing, quotation, product selection and negotiation within a defined range
15. Creating power ups

21. Regular reports to management with a PDCA structure, tasks and goals

Job requirements:
23. Successfully completed bachelor degree or proven experience
24. Sales and project coordination experience
25. FMCG market know-how and packaging industry experience
26. Spoken and written English at a professional level
27. Willingness to travel frequently within Europe

30. Ability to reflect mindset and goals of customers within the organization accurately
