D & P Motor Factors are a trusted local supplier of quality automotive parts and accessories. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to both trade and retail customers. We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our friendly team in Goole.
Role Responsibilities:
Assisting customers at the trade counter and over the phone
Advising on and sourcing vehicle parts
Preparing and processing customer orders
Managing stock, deliveries, and returns
Providing great customer service at all times
What We're Looking For:
Knowledge of vehicle parts (preferred but not essential, training provided)
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Organised and reliable with attention to detail
A positive, proactive attitude
