We run a Leeds-based B2B sales business. Grown to over 60 people in under 3 years.

All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.
Our entire model is built aroundcold calling done properly not scripts read badly, not volume for the sake of it, and not churning staff every few months.

Were growing quickly and hiringaround 12Sales Development Representative'sacross multiple client campaigns.

If youre good on the phone, or think you could be with the right training, this will be one of the better sales roles youll see.

Who We Are (Briefly)

* B2B only.
* Multiple long-term clients across different industries.
* Structured, professional, but not corporate or uptight.
* Sales-led business run by people whove actually done the job.
* Office-based team in Leeds no remote chaos, no call-centre churn.

We care aboutresults, reliability, and attitude.
We dont care about buzzwords.

TheSales Development Representative role

* Cold calling UK businesses
* Speaking to managers, directors, founders, and CEOs
* Bookingqualified sales meetings(you dont close)
* Working across different clients and campaigns
* Quality matters more than noise

Your performance is judged mainly onmeetings that actually happenand arequalified properly.

Experience

* Ideally 612 months on the phone
* No experience is fine if youre sharp, confident, and coachable
* Personality and intelligence matter more than CVs

We train properly. We dont throw people in and hope.

Pay & Bonus (Straight Up)

* £23k £28k basic (DOE)
* Uncapped monthly bonus
* Paidper sat meeting £20 to £85 each
* Good performers earn£32k+ in year one
* Overtime available if you want it

You get paid for sat meetings, not sales.
