The Role
We are recruiting a Key Account Specialist to join our Belfast team, based at The Boat, Queen's Square. This role suits someone with experience in recruitment or account management who enjoys working closely with clients, managing temporary workforces, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support key client accounts while coordinating recruitment activity, candidate care, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Workforce Delivery
8. Develop a strong understanding of client roles, culture, and assignment requirements
9. Source, interview, and assess candidates across multiple role levels
10. Deliver recruitment activity in line with resourcing KPIs
11. Complete candidate registrations in line with legal and ethical compliance requirements
12. Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and client-specific training where required
13. Issue assignment briefings, handbooks, and onboarding documentation
Client & Account Management
14. Support the Branch Manager in delivering service excellence against SLAs
15. Review client performance and contribute to manpower planning
16. Identify and recommend service improvements
17. Prepare and provide management information and SLA reporting
18. Issue and act on Client Satisfaction Surveys
19. Manage and respond to client feedback promptly
Candidate Care & Administration
20. Act as a key point of contact for temporary workers
21. Resolve issues relating to pay, attendance, performance, or conduct
22. Maintain accurate worker records and systems
23. Ensure candidates are paid correctly and on time, supporting weekly payroll clinics
24. Carry out reviews, investigations, and appraisals where required
Compliance & Quality
25. Ensure all recruitment activity meets company policy and legal requirements
26. Support monthly branch quality audits
27. Assist with client ethical and customer audits when required
28. Comply with health and safety standards at all times
What We're Looking For
29. Previous experience in recruitment or account management
30. Strong communication skills and ability to engage at all levels
31. Excellent organisational and administrative skills
32. Confident IT and systems experience
