We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Night Team Leader to join our Lincoln Residential Home for Children and Young People with learning disabilities and complex needs.
The home is around eight miles from Lincoln and six from Market Rasen, set in the quiet hamlet of Friesthorpe, Lincolnshire. Surrounded by rural landscape and farmland, it offers a stunning location close to local shops and leisure amenities.
About The Role:
* Working with all levels of the staff team to safeguard our young people at all times. Assisting the Registered Manager to utilize staff effectively to ensure smooth shifts with appropriate staffing levels.
* Overseeing medication administration in line with the Individual Pupil Care Plan (IPCP). Maintaining clear and accurate records, leading care planning, and producing reports as required.
* Chairing regular staff and handover meetings, ensuring all relevant information is disseminated appropriately and promptly.
* Collaborating with the Training Department to promote training importance and support individuals in completing relevant qualifications through regular supervisions.
* Creating positive relationships with young people, offering them unconditional dignity and respect.
* Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioral, and cultural needs of the young people. Ensuring these needs are met, reviewing, and recording any changes.

About You
What do we need from you?
Here at Kisimul, our fantastic training, induction, and mentor programmes mean we can teach you all you need, apart from:
* A Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or qualified by experience
* Leadership experience, preferably within Children's Services
* A genuine passion for care and contributing to the progress of others
* A strong team player
* Resilience to persevere through difficult times and seek support when needed
Our shifts operate from 19:30 to 07:30, with a 1-hour break.
